Hi! I’m Brenna, the maker of Barista Clays, based in Freehold, NJ.

Barista Clays was founded by myself and my bestie since fourth grade, Cristina. The name comes from a combination of the letters of their names, Brenna and Cristina, and a quirky play on some coffee because we both used to be baristas!

I began working with polymer clay in December of 2020, which makes Barista Clays my covid baby. My love for statement earrings began in high school when I got my ears pierced, and I’ve been a fan of wearing fun/unique earrings since (so why not make my own?). Polymer clay is perfect for creating light-weight, pain-free statement earrings. I use 14K Gold Plated brass, nickel-free and hypoallergenic backings and jump rings.

In addition, I’ve rediscovered my love for reading in 2024 and want to spread more of that love. I started creating bookmarks, kindle charms and blind dates with a book because I love surprising people and making people happy. Some fun facts about myself (when I’m not claying or reading) I work a full-time job in the Pharma/cell therapy industry. I have a pembroke welsh corgi named Momo who I’m a full-time fur mom to with my supportive and loving husband, Justin. I love dancing (hip-hop mainly) and I’ve probably rewatched Harry Potter and Jurassic Park movies over 50 times.
